This Consent to the Collection and Processing of Data (hereinafter referred to as the
“Consent”) is provided by the
“Subject” to the Republican Public Association
“Kazakhstan Chess Federation”, BIN 911240001354 (hereinafter referred to as the
“Operator”), in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1.The Subject grants the Operator consent to:
collect and process Data (
as defined in this Consent) by means of:
(a) submitting an application containing the Subject’s personal information through the Operator’s website (mobile application) or any other electronic resource of the Operator;
(b) visiting the Operator’s offices, where applicable;
(c) visiting the Operator’s electronic resources, including through the acceptance of
Cookies or other policies, protocols, software, and hardware tools that may record the Subject’s data;
(d) using the Operator’s products or services.
2.For the purposes of this Consent,
“Data” shall include, but not be limited to, information relating to an identified or identifiable Subject, recorded on electronic, paper, and/or other tangible media, including without limitation:
- surname, first name, and patronymic (if applicable);
- name transcription;
- individual identification number or other identification number (if provided by the Subject to the Operator);
- full date of birth;
- identity document details (if provided by the Subject to the Operator) and other documents (passport, driver's license, etc.);
- certificates issued by government authorities (medical, narcological, and others);
- telephone number;
- email address;
- residential address;
- image of the Subject (photograph, avatar, etc.) (if provided by the Subject to the Operator).
3.The Subject’s Data shall be collected and processed for the following purposes (the list is not exhaustive):
- carrying out the activities of the Operator and Third Parties related to the accreditation of the Subject;
- conducting marketing and advertising activities;
- research activities;
- organizing promotional campaigns;
- providing (sending) the Subject with informational materials, including information about services and/or offers of the Operator and Third Parties;
- sending other notifications via telephone, facsimile, and other communication channels, as well as through open communication channels (including SMS messages, email, push notifications, voice messages, remote access systems, social networks, etc.).
4.The Subject’s personal data may be processed by automated means. The Subject has the right to object to such processing in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5.The Subject’s personal data may not be distributed by the Operator and/or Third Parties through publicly available sources, except where the Subject has provided separate written consent for such actions.
6.This Consent shall remain valid throughout the period during which the Operator provides services or until an updated version of the Consent is issued and communicated to the Subject.
